Thank you for your interest in donating. This is a unique opportunity to join in a collective effort. This work will not be achieved by one person alone, but by many, and I am grateful that you are joining the effort. There are four ways you can donate:

  1. Fitlanthropist Matching Donation: For every pound I lose in the established time frame (currently Nov. 1 – Jan. 7) I will pay $1. If you want to match that (I lose 10 lbs, pay $10, and you pay $10), choose this option.
  2. Self Matching Donation: Are you trying to shed some pounds too? Tally your weight for the same time frame I’m working in and pay $1 per pound lost (you lose 7 lbs, pay $7).
  3. Flat Donation: If you would just rather contribute any amount ($5, $10, $25, $50…or more) choose this option (Note: $5 minimum). You can make this donation any time via PayPal below.

  4. Product Donation: I really like doing giveaways on the blog (or at least I’d like to). Do you have something you’re promoting that falls in line with the blog? Charity? Health? Weightloss? If you have something that you’d think would be a good fit, get in touch.

To initiate your donation, please fill out the form below. At this time, I can accept payment via PayPal, Twitpay, and direct mail. At the end of the weightloss time frame, I will contact you and solicit your donation through your chosen method. After all donations are collected, a check will be cut and mailed to the charity, along with a list of donors.

DISCLAIMER: The Fitlanthropist, at this time, cannot issue receipts for tax deductions. If you require one, please note it in the form and I will try and obtain one for you through the selected charity.
